You decide on / if this ring...is...For you. The story goes like this. A teenager and his mother go cloths shopping. They stop at a trendy store and go in. He picks out a pair of purple velvet Bell bottom pants to try on. Stepping out of the dressing room he stands in front of and looks into the full length three sided mirror. In the reflection he also sees his mother and the salesperson. The salesperson asks: Well, what do you think? The teenager responses with Purple Haze on his mind; yea. [He can see both in the mirror] His mother looks at the salesperson and the salesperson looks back at her. Their, facial expression, eyes mirroring each other and mirrored in the mirrors.
The teenager and his mother leave the store. He has a nice Jimmy Hendrix poster for $3.14 but no $31.40 Purple velvet Bell bottom pants.
In case you might be wondering, formally, the thumb is considered the first digit of the hand. Similarly, the "big toe" is considered the first digit of the foot.
However, as Kurt Vonnegut might. maybe? have put it, the above design is of a ring. But it does not have to be a ring, or a thumb ring, it could be a ring for any of the other four digits of the hand, or it could be an earring. [use a light but strong metal] or a Cuff or a Bangle.
